String beans with baked sweet pepper

Required products:
  • String beans - 400 g;
  • Red sweet pepper (Bulgarian) - 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Balsamic vinegar - to taste.

Preparation. Bulgarian (sweet) pepper is well washed and whole (with pedicels) bake in the oven. To do this, pepper grease with oil (vegetable) and put on the oven grill, which was previously heated to 250 C. The time for baking pepper - about half an hour, but during this time, each pepper should be turned several times.

Pepper should be taken out of the oven and transferred to a regular polyethylene or special culinary package. Wait for the pepper to cool completely. With chilled peppers, remove the skins (peel). Then, each punch cut in half, so it was more convenient to remove seeds and stems. Thoroughly peeled pepper cut into longitudinal narrow (about one centimeter) strips.

Canned red bean soup with peppers and tomatoes

Required products:
  • Minced meat - from 200 to 500 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc .;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
  • Chili pepper - 2 pcs .;
  • Tomatoes in its own juice - 1 pot;
  • Canned corn - 1 pot;
  • Red kidney beans (canned) - 1 can;
  • White dry wine - 200 ml;
  • Garlic - to taste, but not less than 3 denticles;
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons.

Preparation. This soup should be prepared in a saucepan with a thick bottom (such pots are often used for extinguishing). At the bottom of the pot, pour very little vegetable oil (you can simply lubricate the bottom of the pan) and put the minced meat there (the amount of soup depends on the amount of minced meat).

Put the pan on the fire and simmer the stuffing, stirring occasionally. Cut the bell peppers, onions, and chili and add everything to the pan with minced meat. Stir and give a little stubborn. Pour into the pan a white dry wine and cook until all the vapors evaporate.

When the mince and vegetables are almost ready, pour boiling water into the pan (2-3 liters) and add the canned beans and corn, and also put the tomatoes in their own juice along with the juice. Bring the soup to a boil and leave it on a low heat for 15 minutes.

Turn off and immediately add chopped garlic (preferably finely chopped). Ready soup to insist for a while under the lid. As there is salt in almost all canned foods, it is necessary to be very careful when adding salt to this soup.

Bean soup with beans

Required products:
  • White beans - 1 glass;
  • Vegetable broth or water - 1,5 l;
  • Chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Wheat flour - 50 g;
  • Cream (10% fat content) - half a cup;
  • Crackers white - to taste.

Preparation. Wash the white beans thoroughly and pour a large amount of cold water to make the water above the bean level a couple of centimeters. Leave it overnight.
Prepare breadcrumbs: cut the white bread into cubes and dry in a microwave oven or in a warm oven. Beans, which are wet during the night, rinse again, put into a saucepan and pour with vegetable broth or water. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and cook until cooked.

Separately boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. When the beans are fully prepared, the bean broth should be drained in a separate bowl, and the beans are wiped through a sieve or crushed with a blender until mashed. To make the bean easier to grind, you can add a few spoons of bean broth.

Bean puree is combined with the broth, carefully stir until homogeneous and salt to taste. In a dry frying pan, roast the wheat flour to a light golden color, add a small amount of broth, carefully stirring so that lumps do not form, and add to the soup.

Then soup with constant stirring bring to a boil and pour in cold cream. Stir well. When, after adding the cream, the soup will boil again, lay out the prepared chicken fillet pieces from the soup.

Vinaigrette with beans

Required products:
  • Beet - 1 piece;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;
  • Potatoes - 2-4 pieces;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs .;
  • Salted mushrooms - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • Beans - 100 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc .;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Pepper ground black - to taste;
  • For refueling - vegetable oil.

Preparation. Beans soak overnight, then boil until cooked. Beetroot, carrots, and potatoes should be thoroughly washed, put into a saucepan and poured cold water into it.

Boil the vegetables until ready (as an option, bake in the oven), but watch out so they do not boil. If vegetables are cooked in the same pan, you should constantly monitor their readiness: the potatoes are brewed faster than carrots, and the beets are brewed longer than anything else. Ready-made vegetables should be removed from the water as soon as they are ready, to cool.

Vegetables peeled and cut into cubes (the size of the cubes depends on the preferences, but it should be taken into consideration that the taste of the dish depends on the size of the cut). Salted cucumbers (can be replaced with canned cucumbers), too, cut into cubes about the same size as vegetables.

Cut the onions finely enough. Boiled beans and diced vegetables, except for beets, put in a salad bowl and pour with vegetable oil. Stir and then salt. After this, add the beet, cut into cubes, and mushrooms. Mix again.

Sometimes a little garlic is added to the vinaigrette, and vegetable oil and vinegar dressing are used instead of vegetable oil


When it comes to losing weight, then even realizing the importance and complexity of the problem, I want to say that thoughtless diets will not do any good, but they can do a lot of harm. Therefore, it is better not to rush from kefir diet to sausage, and from it to buckwheat or bean, and treat your diet more seriously and responsibly.

In many studies and many practitioners, it has been proved that bean diet is harmful because beans in large quantities create a lot of problems for the work of the gastrointestinal tract, but in reasonable quantities, beans are really just necessary. Especially because of the beans you can cook a lot of delicious and healthy dishes.
